Trophy Ridge Tract 62

Sold
16.47 acres in Trophy Ridge Phase II

Tract 62 is a great tract of mountain land that has dirt road access along the southern boundary. The tract of land is quite aggressive in terrain and is one of the steeper tracts we have in this section. Tree cover is moderate to heavy with shortleaf pine and numerous other hardwoods indiginous to this area of Southern Oklahoma. Several open spots with some clearing would make for a perfect spot for camping or building a cabin. While exploring this tract, you will find many rock formations along this southern ridge and a few small wet weather creeks. No power or modern conveniences make this a true off grid plot of mountain land. You as the new owner will be able to make it your own and enjoy many memorable weekend experiences on your land. A 4WD vehicle is always recommended for easy access to this land.

CAN I RESELL MY PROPERTY IN THE FUTURE AND MAKE A PROFIT?
While there is no guarantee of profit from any land sale, historically land prices have increased in value. We believe there are many reasons for this upward trend, including inflation, population growth, a decreasing land supply, the public’s desire for a more natural environment, the trend toward movement away from urban areas, and the increasing popularity of outdoor recreational activities.

Offers are discouraged as the properties are priced for immediate sale under our “No Haggle” pricing policy. Discounts are based on the finance plan that you choose.

The properties have been priced according to our “A B C” analysis and consideration of the proximity of the parcels to existing electricity. “A B C” stands for Access, Beauty, and Character. In other words, how good, quick, or easy is the access to the property from the main highway or county road. The beauty of the property mainly pertains to the vegetation and scenery.
