Silver Moon Ranch Tract 16
Tract 16 is located along County N3630 Road. This land is raw, undeveloped land with moderate to heavey tree cover and plenty of open pasture land, especially along the eastern side of this land just across the creek. There is a small wet weather creek that winds through this property along the western side of the land. The previous owner established a small drive into this property for access. They had a modular home located near the front of the property at one time. We had the property cleaned up recently, so you will see a clearing near the power pole and several other cleared areas that have been cleaned up. A power pole is established and a well was installed, however we do not know the condition of the well. We highly recommend having the well inspected and you will need to install a pump at your expense. Septic would need to be installed by the new owner at their expense as well if you are going to establish a residence. If you are looking for a great piece of land close to town to build a permanent home or even a weekend cabin, this land would be perfect.
