Dan and I made a trip to Terlingua a few weeks ago to get the visual of our 20 acres. We are very pleased! We also made a trip to the county court house in Alpine to get as much info as possible on the parcel. We met Alida from the Terlingua Ranch Homeowners Association. Let Scott know that we received very positive feedback from the county clerk’s office, as well as Alida regarding his prompt and efficient business practices. That was reassuring for us and a nice way to start out our trip. We love the area out there and were very well received by the local folk who, “welcomed us to the neighborhood”! We are anxious to get started on construction of a home so we can enjoy the surroundings!

Well what can I say about Classic Country Land? They are freaking awesome! They do just what they say and more its so easy to buy, it’s on a simple interest plan, and no penalty for paying off early. I bought a piece of land on Indian Ridge ll lot 31 without seeing the land first. (Yes I know) Although the land was great and perfect for me it wasn’t for my wife. So we called the wonderful gal’s at the office, and they where more than happy to help us find a piece that fit us both. (And yes we looked at it first). I look forward to buying more in the future. The prices are good value and in line with prices you would pay locally. They answer every question honestly and with integrity. If an adjoining property comes available they let you know and you get discounts for being a current customer. I currently have two parcels from their inventory. I will buy from them again!
